I encourage anyone who wants to build confidence and functional self defense skills to try out a free class. It's a great environment with solid staff and a flexible variety of classes offered 7 days a week. If you're going to work out and join a gym, why not spend that time and money doing something that simultaneously teaches valuable skills? Juan was a pleasure working with when I sent l came here with my daughter to learn more. As a parent to a young adult, I have more peace of mind knowing my daughter will be attending classes here along with the healthy social outlets and access to their facilities when she wants to supplement the classes with working out there as well.
