This has been absolutely life changing for my two sons. The coaches are absolutely fantastic. They teach kids discipline, how to work hard, how to take criticism, and the tools to be better people. Both my sons have lost weight and have discovered confidence in who they are and what they can do. I would recommend this to anyone at any age. Coach Sam, Coach G, and Coach Albert genuinely care about each kid but also hold each of them accountable for their actions.
